*Job Purpose
Assist the Quality Manager in managing, maintaining, and continuously improving the quality management system for the TV product line, ensuring that all products meet company standards, technical requirements, and customer expectations.
** Key Responsibilities
Production Quality Control, Quality Management
• Handle supplier quality issues, follow up on claims, and review 8D reports.
• Track and improve key quality indicators (Defect Rate, Return Rate, etc.).
• Monitor and control product quality across the entire TV production process.
• Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with SQE to inspect and evaluate incoming materials and components.
• Conduct product inspections for pilot, mass production, and sample evaluations.
Quality System & Standard Management
• Maintain and improve the company’s quality management system (ISO 9001, IATF16949 if applicable).
• Develop and update inspection standards, work instructions, and control plans for TV products.
• Support internal, customer, and third- party audits, ensuring proper documentation and evidence.
• Supervise, train, and develop QA/QC staff to ensure proper understanding of inspection and quality control processes.
Quality Improvement & Analysis
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, PDCA, or Six Sigma projects.
• Collect and analyze defect data using quality tools such as 5Why, Fishbone, and Pareto.
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
*** Reporting
- Report directly to Quality Team leader and Head of QA
- Prepare and submit periodic quality reports:
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly defect and yield reports.
