TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT INTERN, DAY- TO- DAY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you interested in a dynamic role in the field of Training & Development?
As a Training & Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to support various training programs, assist in organizing events and conferences, and contribute to the translation of training materials. Join our team and gain valuable hands- on experience in a professional working environment.

Supporting enrollment arrangements, tracking classes, and updating reports after each workshop and training session.
Assisting and participating in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, events, conferences, workshops, and/or training projects (if applicable).
Performing other specialized support tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor as needed.
Supporting administrative office tasks, such as printing, organizing documents, and files.
Assisting in preparing materials for training programs such as participants list, slides, worksheet, tests, survey forms, etc and/or participating in L&D projects.
Translating training materials and related documents.
Updating data on training- related systems.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Diligent, agile, proactive, dynamic, and actively participating in company activities.
Passionate about training work, knowledgeable about content and image design.
Good attitude and responsibility in their work.
Good comprehension of the English language

Working Time: Mon- Fri (08:00- 18:00)- 03 months (Can be up to 06 months)
