Help prepare product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and release notes.
Participate in cross- functional meetings to ensure alignment between teams.
Collaborate with the product team to gather requirements, define features, and contribute to product roadmap planning.
Assist in researching and analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support product development.
Support product launches with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Contribute to the development of product metrics and reporting.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to identify areas for product improvement.

Strong interest in product management and technology.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
Detail- oriented with strong problem- solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus but not required.

Working place: Onsite at Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, Phu Tho Ward, HCMC.
Working time:
Full- time (Monday to Friday) is preferred. Part- time is also acceptable, with a minimum of 3 working days per week.
