Steward Supervisor

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
Control inventory and ensure proper handling of china, glassware, and silverware.
Assign tasks, train staff, and prepare duty rosters for stewards.
Monitor reports (breakage, chemical usage, inventory) and control costs.
Supervise daily stewarding operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and F&B areas.
Oversee cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and working areas.
Support buffet and event setup, breakdown, and equipment handling.

Good leadership and team management skills.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stewarding; supervisory experience is a plus.
Responsible, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
