Job Description

Participate in recruitment and training to improve staff professionalism and expertise.
Collaborate with other departments and area managers to optimize store resources and effectively implement business strategies.
Analyze sales data and inventory to develop operational plans and improvement strategies.
Ensure visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations consistently meet company standards.
Manage and lead the store team to achieve sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction and in- store experience.
