Store Manager (Interior & Retail)

• Develop and execute business plans to increase market share, sales performance, customer frequency, and purchase volume.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to monitor and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and submit regular and ad- hoc sales reports as required.
• Work with relevant departments to implement promotional programs, product displays, and company sales policies.
• Manage revenue, expenses, and gross profit, ensuring store operations meet the company’s sales goals.
• Manage and take full responsibility for sales results, personnel, and all operations of the store (140 m², 5–6 staff).
• Ensure store display, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained according to company regulations.
• Schedule shifts, record attendance, and assign KPIs to each employee to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Manage store inventory to prevent loss and ensure stock accuracy.
• Plan and manage online sales channels such as the company’s Website, Facebook, and Instagram — including order management and confirmation.
