Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Brand (Female, English Required, Work In District 1)

Manage daily operations of a luxury boutique (Designer House, Pop- up, or Gallery).
Drive sales growth & build relationships with VIP clients.
Deliver a flawless 5- star client experience & maintain luxury visual standards.
BYFAS – the house of Vietnamese luxury silk & couture – is seeking an elegant and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our boutiques in Saigon.
Lead & inspire a Sales Consultant team.
Support fashion showcases & cultural events

Customer Relations: Exceptional communication and customer care skills (or "clienteling skills").
Language: Proficient in conversational English (a second language like Japanese, Korean, or French is a plus/highly desirable).
Passion & Culture: A genuine passion for fashion, the culture of Áo Dài (Vietnamese traditional dress), and the art of luxury living.
Experience: 3–5 years of store management experience in high- end sectors such as luxury fashion, jewelry, high- end cosmetics, or 5- star hospitality.
Leadership & Training: Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and develop a team.
Professional Image: Elegant and professional appearance/demeanor (poise/style).

Environment: International standard, high- end clientele.
Career Path: Clear promotion track: Senior Store Manager $\to$ Retail Manager $\to$ Head of Retail.
