Store Manager - Luxury Preloved Designer Items

Responsibilities

Ensure successful purchasing transactions, including product authentication, price negotiation, and customer consultations.
Handle purchasing activities, including negotiation and authentication processes.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold ALLU’s brand image and values.
Lead the store&039;s overall success by driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, purchasing activities, and store presentation.
Analyze market trends and report to management regularly.
Analyze market trends and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Prepare and manage operational reports.
Manage and mentor store staff to maintain high standards in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
Monitor sales KPIs and purchasing targets, implement initiatives to meet and exceed goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and effective use of CRM tools.
Develop local marketing strategies and drive brand visibility via social media, pop- up events, and partnerships with local communities.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a small team.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, store operations, or customer- facing roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Customer- centric, proactive, and results- driven mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and familiar with CRM or retail POS systems.
Passionate about luxury products, especially preloved designer items (bags, watches, jewelry).
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
