Key Responsibilities

Upload and manage product listings, pricing, and promotions/ Đăng tải và quản lý sản phẩm, giá bán và chương trình khuyến mãi
Monitor sales performance and store analytics/ Theo dõi hiệu suất bán hàng và dữ liệu gian hàng
Optimize product visibility and store performance/ Tối ưu hiển thị sản phẩm và hiệu quả gian hàng
Coordinate with marketing and content teams for campaign execution/ Phối hợp với team marketing và content triển khai chiến dịch
Manage daily operations of online stores on e- commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.)/ Quản lý vận hành gian hàng trên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada…)
Handle customer inquiries and support order management processes/ Hỗ trợ xử lý đơn hàng và phản hồi khách hàng

Candidate requirements

Understanding of e- commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada/ Am hiểu các nền tảng thương mại điện tử như Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada
Experience in e- commerce or marketplace operations/ Có kinh nghiệm vận hành sàn thương mại điện tử
Detail- oriented and proactive mindset/ Cẩn thận và chủ động trong công việc
Strong analytical and organizational skills/ Có kỹ năng phân tích và tổ chức công việc tốt
