Thực hiện xuất – nhập vật tư khi có yêu cầu từ các kỹ thuật viên, đảm bảo đúng số lượng và đúng chủng loại.Handle issuance and receiving of materials for technicians, ensuring correct quantity and specifications.
Đảm bảo khu vực kho sạch sẽ, an toàn, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn PCCC và quy định an toàn lao động.Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, ensuring compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations.
Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và lưu trữ vật tư kỹ thuật theo đúng quy trình (điện, nước, HVAC, công cụ dụng cụ…).Receive, inspect and store engineering materials (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tools, etc.) in accordance with procedures.
Ghi chép, cập nhật xuất – nhập – tồn vào phần mềm/kho theo đúng quy định của khách sạn.Record and update all material movements into the inventory system accurately.
Kiểm kê định kỳ và đột xuất; đối chiếu số liệu với bộ phận Kỹ thuật và Kế toán.Conduct periodic and ad- hoc stock counts; reconcile data with Engineering and Accounting departments.
Quản lý kho vật tư – thiết bị của bộ phận Kỹ thuật, đảm bảo đầy đủ và sắp xếp khoa học.Manage Engineering department’s materials and equipment warehouse, ensuring proper organization and availability.
Quản lý và bảo quản dụng cụ kỹ thuật, thiết bị dự phòng và phụ tùng thay thế.Manage and preserve tools, spare parts and backup equipment.
Phối hợp với bộ phận Mua hàng (Purchasing) để theo dõi đơn hàng, lịch giao vật tư, thiết bị kỹ thuật.Coordinate with Purchasing to track purchase orders and delivery schedules of engineering items.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Chief Engineer/Engineering Supervisor.Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Engineer/Engineering Supervisor.

Am hiểu về vật tư kỹ thuật, dụng cụ và phụ tùng thay thế.Good understanding of engineering materials, tools and spare parts.
Sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng bê vác và làm việc trong môi trường kho kỹ thuật.Good physical condition, able to lift and work in an engineering storage environment.
Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có khả năng kiểm đếm chính xác và làm việc có tổ chức.Detail- oriented with accurate counting skills and strong organizational abilities.
Trung thực, có trách nhiệm, sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ khi cần.Honest, responsible and willing to work overtime when required.
Khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với kỹ thuật viên & các bộ phận liên quan.Good communication and collaboration skills with technicians and related departments.
Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên; ưu tiên có kiến thức về kỹ thuật, cơ khí, điện hoặc kho vận.High school graduate or above; knowledge of engineering, electrical, mechanical or warehousing is preferred.
Biết sử dụng Excel và phần mềm quản lý kho.Able to use Excel and inventory management software.
Có kinh nghiệm làm thủ kho, đặc biệt thủ kho vật tư kỹ thuật, là một lợi thế lớn.Experience as a storekeeper, especially handling engineering materials, is a strong advantage.
