Strategic Customer Account Manager

Measured by commercial volumes, revenue, and customer engagement metrics.
Creates and manages key client account plans.
Aligns account management with global/regional company strategies.
Works closely with Country Head of Sales, and well collaborates with internal and Regional stakeholders.
Drives customer satisfaction and leads contract negotiations.
Requires skills in customer centricity, strategic thinking, and industry- specific knowledge.
Ensures sales volume growth and account profitability.
Develops strategic relationships with local accounts in a specific industry.
Additional Sales task as assigned by Country Head of Sales and the Management Board

Requirements
Good command of English (spoken and written) for business communication.
Customer- centric mindset with strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Required years of professional experience: Graduated University/College, from at least 3 years’ experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Key Account of logistics industry
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services.
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.

Mon- Fri (8:00- 17:00)
