Strategic analysis and planning:
• Lead the development of Sales team’s KPIs to measure success and monitor progress.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.
• Conduct financial analysis & projections to support business decision- making and resource allocation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business strategies and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Analyze internal / external data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans and presentations to communicate strategies and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share, ensure alignment with the company&039;s overall vision and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, key risks and trends in the industry (including competitor benchmarking)
Collaboration and communication
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross- functional teams to align departmental goals with the corporate strategy and execution of strategic objectives.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure consensus and buy- in.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
Financial and performance management
• Monitor & evaluate business performance against strategic goals, providing insights & recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Build financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision- making.
Leadership and execution
• Provide guidance and direction to management and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating potential partnerships and M&A opportunities.
• Support management and stakeholders on the negotiating of key business contracts.
• Lead and manage cross- functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Manage the strategic planning process to ensure it is effective and engaging for all stakeholders.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex ideas.
• Highly organized, detail- oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills; able to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with strong presentation skills
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross- functional teams.
• Written and spoken fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, business planning, corporate advisory, or management consulting.
• Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
