STRATEGY & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (M&A & Investments)

Purpose of the role:
This role supports the Group’s strategic planning and investment activities by providing market insights, financial analysis, and execution support for strategic initiatives across FMCG/ Retail/ Consumer/ Finance or Digital businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and cross- functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze data related to deals and strategic projects.
• Develop business cases, financial models, valuation analyses, and ROI assessments for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Support strategic transactions including M&A, partnerships, joint ventures, and major capital investments, from evaluation to execution.
• Prepare management reports, investment materials, and presentations for senior leadership, executive committees, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities across FMCG/ Retail/ Consumer/ Finance or Digital businesses.
• Track progress of strategic initiatives and transactions, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and flag risks or execution gaps.
• Provide ad- hoc strategic and financial analysis to support decision- making at the Group and business- unit levels.
