Supply Chain Management Assistant Manager (Good English - Shuttle Bus From Gia Lam, Hanoi) ~ 15 - 25 Mill Vnd [26388 - Yen My, Hung Yen]

This position: is responsible for production planning, including material calculation, capacity planning, production scheduling, and coordination with related departments to ensure on- time delivery and inventory optimization.

Import and Purchasing tasks.
- Submit regular reports by month and by shipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers (mainly are local suppliers) to confirm purchase orders and import- export schedules
- Check documents: Invoice (IV), Packing List (PL), Bill of Lading (BL), Sales Contract (S.C), Certificate of Origin (CO), etc.
- Send shipment- related information to relevant departments.
- Place orders (receive and send purchase orders as requested by others department.
- Carry out import procedures.
- Manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery and cost- effectiveness
- Receive goods and monitor the shipment until completion.
- Check debit notes and import- export department costs.
Export:
- Prepare CO, IV, PL, BL, S.C, etc.
- Contact logistics companies to book shipments.
- Monitor the shipment until completion.
- Receive information from superiors and related departments.
Inventory management.
*Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri and Sat every other week

• 2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or in an equivalent supervisory position.
• English: Intermediate level or above.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Age: 30- 37
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including Purchasing, Import–Export, and Inventory Management.
• Experience in playing a key role in an ERP implementation project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
