Supply Chain Manager

Reports to: Operations Director
Supervises: Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams
Role Summary:
Oversees the end- to- end material and product flow — from supplier sourcing to customer delivery — ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse accuracy.
Manage supplier negotiations, purchase contracts, and cost reduction programs.
Digitize planning and inventory visibility (ERP/MRP system).
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including import/export coordination.
Ensure timely delivery to customers and minimize delivery variances.
Collaborate with QA for supplier quality and with Operations for production readiness.
Develop and execute material forecasts aligned with production schedules.

Education & Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
● Familiar with import/export compliance and freight management.
● Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and data- driven decision- making.
● Minimum 8+ years experience in procurement, logistics, or planning for manufacturing or packaging industries.
Character & Competencies
● Negotiation and stakeholder management strength.
● Strategic thinker who balances cost and service.
● IELTS 5.5 or CEFR B2
● Highly organized and detail- oriented.
● Calm under pressure and committed to cross- functional alignment.
