Supply Chain / Production Planner At Hue - Fluent English

- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED IF NO EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCTION PLANNING
- FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST
- AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH FOREIGNER STAKEHOLDERS & FACTORIES
- STRONG EXCEL & DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS
Responsibility:
• Maintain close daily communication with the SCM team in the Netherlands to stay informed about potential challenges and issues.
• Monitor the production process, generate accurate and timely reports in the TS system to ensure that all stakeholders have access to up- to- date information for making informed decisions.
• Other task assigned by the line manager.
• Receive pre- orders/ orders from the supply chain management (SCM)/ merchandiser and relay information to the factories.
• Monitor the production process, generate accurate and timely reports so all relating teams will have full information & make the correct decisions.
• Work with factories for the production plan & get back to SCM.
• Receive renderings and coordinate with the merchandise team and factories to develop samples.
• Anticipate production issues and challenges by closely monitoring processes and operations, enabling proactive problem- solving and mitigation by discussion with relating people.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with factory owners and management to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication channels.
• Come to factories regularly to monitor & get actual production situations at factories.
