Sustainability Communications Intern

Content development: (25%)- Draft content in diverse formats to announce, promote & recap sustainable projects on AEON&039;s owned- media platform- Support to draft B2B content such as: executives&039; speech, panelistt Q&A, press release,..- Monitor and input clippings to keep track with aired content- Translate VN to EN for articles
Communications materials development: (25%)- Develop photobrief & design briefs- Create simple key visuals for social media post with Canva- Support to keep track with creative agency, photographer, camerman to ensure the works align with the creative brief
Communications/Project planning: Support in creating presentation decks & Planning files (20%)
Admintrative tasks as assigned such as: (10%)- Book meeting room- Orgnaize calendar/schedule & folders,…
Support in event execution (20%)

Students majoring in: Economics, Business, Marketing
Available to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
3rd year or final year university students
Able to work at the office in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City
Available for an internship of at least 3 months
