Sustainability Officer/ Nhân Viên Phát Triển Bền Vững

• Project Management: Lead and support the planning, implementation, and tracking of sustainability projects across various departments (e.g., waste reduction, energy management, water conservation, community engagement, etc.), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal departments, team members, and external partners, ensuring full participation and ownership of sustainability initiatives. Serve as the sustainability champion across departments, driving cross- functional collaboration and engagement.
• Sustainability Awareness & Education: Lead initiatives to raise awareness about sustainability efforts among resort staff, guests, and the local community. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and other initiatives to engage and educate all stakeholders.
• Administrative Support: Assist senior leadership with administrative tasks related to sustainability projects, including drafting presentations, preparing reports, managing project timelines, and supporting meetings and documentation needs.
• Strategy Development & Guidance: Collaborate with senior leadership to draft a long- term CSR strategy that aligns with both IHG’s global sustainability vision and the unique needs of the resort. Guide the formulation of clear, actionable sustainability goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sustainability project progress and outcomes. Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability data, ensuring that progress toward goals is tracked and communicated clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Sustainability Communications: Assist in the creation of internal and external communications (e.g., newsletters, reports, presentations) to showcase the resort’s sustainability achievements and efforts to both guests and the local community.

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and global best practices, including IHG’s Responsible Business Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English both spoken and written.
• A proactive, solution- oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward with enthusiasm and passion for sustainability.
• Proficiency in reporting, and presenting sustainability metrics and outcomes.
