System Engineer PHP Laravel

Our core business is custom, made- to- order system development under contract for various clients. Our development process is carried out in- house by our own team, allowing us to maintain high quality and strong internal collaboration across all projects.

As an Engineer/Developer in our team, you will be responsible for projects that span the entire development lifecycle, leading to a wide and important range of duties. Your main tasks will include:
・Creating system design specifications and comprehensive documentation.
・Actual programming using our core languages (PHP and JavaScript).
・Participating in client meetings for system requirements definition and organization.
・Operational testing, deployment, and maintenance of the developed systems.
・(Note: Your role involves critical duties beyond just coding, such as requirements analysis.)
・Collaborating with team members to advance development stages efficiently through division of labor and cooperation.

▼ Required Skills
・Development experience using PHP and Laravel.
・Japanese language skills (N3 equivalent or higher, required for client communication and documentation).
・Experience or strong understanding of the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
▼ Preferred Skills
・Experience in client relationship management (CRM) and gathering requirements.
・Development experience using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Node.js).
・Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
・Experience building complex, data- driven web applications.
