Manage recruitment activities
Execute job posting, CV screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, test (if applicable), status tracking, and offer coordination
Receive, check, and compare recruitment requests with regulations on personnel structure, current number of employees, job descriptions, and capacity requirements
Fully implement the new employee onboarding process
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Check new employee records and hand over to the records manager.
Maintain records of recruitment, training and employee information security.
Weekly report
Report for Payroll (Newcomers, Resignation, Bank account change, Bank check, Deactivate email, Trainer list, Training allowance).
Track and update data on Data.
Support onboarding activities
Continuously communicate with new employees during their probation period to understand and support them to resolve their issues.
Prepare onboarding documents, support orientation sessions, assist new hires during their first week.
Resignation follow- up and management
Conduct exit interviews and compile information and analysis.
Enter leave information and process leave on the system.
Propose and implement activities to analyze causes and reduce turnover rate.
Manage the handover process
Engagement Initiatives Management
Facilitate company initiatives, team- building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on recognition programs to ensure employees are consistently acknowledged for their contributions.
Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one- on- one meetings to identify opportunities for improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
Work with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Support internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain communication channels: (email, posters, internal platforms).
Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Analyze data from engagement activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
Careful, detail- oriented, and responsible in work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in using office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and recruitment support tools.
Good English communication skills.
