Talent Acquisition Executive

Working with a hiring manager to clarify requirements, manage jobs, and submit candidates.Researching and regularly keeping up with market rates by role and region.Directly recruiting and sourcing suitable candidates.During the process of working with HM, learning recruitment techniques and building a candidate network.Updating and communicating with the team, testing and monitoring recruitment campaigns and strategies.

Proficient in English, Chinese, or Japanese (language proficiency is a plus).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in headhunting, especially for mid- level and above positions.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
