Responsible for managing the end- to- end recruitment process and employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Employer Branding Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence across recruitment channels and attract potential candidates.
Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain candidate pipelines and relationships with potential talent sources such as job platforms, universities, and professional networks.
Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast- paced environment.
