- Make an annual recruitment plan:
- Organize and determine the annual training needs of the departments based on the company strategy, legal requirements, and resource development needs from the factory.
- Make annual internal and external training plans based on the results of training needs identification
- Perform administrative tasks related to the recruitment process including drafting and updating relevant documents, forms, and reports of the Recruitment department
- Survey the labor market, and salary market and propose effective recruitment options
- Responsible for recruiting Human Resources according to the recruitment plan and requirements, meeting the production and business activities of the factory.
- To develop methods to improve the effective recruitment process
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficiency in office computer
- Managemental experience in the administrative field in large- scale manufacturing companies
- Bachelor&039;s/College Degree in Social Sciences
- Understanding the requirements about customers&039; standards for the garment industry is an advantage.
- Good conversational English
