We are seeking a
TA Collaborator
to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to manage the end- to- end recruitment process, with a strong focus on attracting and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update candidate data, send candidate status updates via email/website/social.
Source and screen potential candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Boards, etc.).
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding or other HR projects when needed.
- Pre- assess candidates’ profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Final- year student or graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.

- Familiar with online sourcing tools and social media.
