Talent Acquisition Lead (International)

Role
• You&039;ll learn from the best: Duolingo&039;s ex- VP of Growth, operators who&039;ve scaled teams globally, and founders who&039;ve built category- defining companies
• You&039;ll own all talent acquisition across Vietnam/SEA, reporting directly to the CEO
• We&039;re not looking for someone who wants to learn recruiting. We&039;re looking for someone who&039;s already closing excellent hires
Scope of Work
• Build the entire recruiting engine from the ground up as we scale
• Build and execute pipelines that deliver key hires in competitive markets- without relying on brand pull
• Create systems from every hire: document what worked, codify it into playbooks, turn rejections into data
• Move candidates from cold DM to signed offer in days, not weeks
Mindset & Must- haves
• Disagreeable when needed, respectful always
• Basic data/CRM discipline
• VN/EN outreach craft
• Comfortable A/B testing and being wrong fast
• Resourceful under pressure with "figure- it- out" speed
Nice- to- haves
• Prior sourcing/hunting experience
• Any scrappy operator background
• International experience/travel

Competitive salary based on experience + significant per- hire KPI bonuses
