Recruitment
Own end- to- end recruitment activities for assigned roles and business units:
Job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Hiring intake and role clarification
Offer preparation, negotiation, and closing
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to:
Align on role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities
Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and timelines
Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding
Work with HR Operations and line managers to ensure role clarity and early engagement.
Manage pre- boarding preparation, first- day onboarding, and early- stage check- ins.
Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Proactively engage potential candidates and nurture long- term talent pools to support future hiring needs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job platforms, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Partner closely with the HR Manager to build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring roles aligned with workforce planning priorities.
Track sourcing effectiveness and contribute insights to continuously improve hiring quality and pipeline strength.
Employer Branding
Partner with HR and Marketing teams to execute employer branding initiatives:
Job advertisements and career content
Recruitment campaigns and hiring communications
Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with candidates and external partners.
Ensure all recruitment touchpoints reflect Citics’ culture, values, and growth story.
Internal Communication & Culture Partnership
Act as a connector between candidates, new hires, Hiring Managers, and HR teams.
Gather feedback from candidates and new hires to improve hiring and onboarding experience.
Coordinate with the Culture Board to support people- related communication initiatives.
Support onboarding communication and employee engagement activities from a recruitment perspective.
