Position Summary:
Reporting to Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Officer plays a vital role in supporting COSMO’s recruitment and employer branding activities. This position requires a creative, young- minded individual who enjoys working with people and has the ability to turn ideas into engaging recruitment content.
The role focuses on talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, and communication, while also supporting HR engagement activities and administrative functions within the Talent Acquisition team. Creativity and teamwork are key in this role.
Coordinate with Department Heads and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview and selection processes.
Create attractive job posts, graphics, and short videos for recruitment campaigns using Canva and basic video tools (CapCut, Canva, Tiktok etc.).
Support employee activities such as monthly celebrations, company events, and team- building activities.
Support the end- to- end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow- up.
Provide general support to the HR team in daily activities and projects as required.
Manage and post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to enhance employer branding.
Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to HR and recruitment operations.
Prepare and update recruitment tracking reports, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.
Assist in organizing career fairs, onboarding programs, and internal engagement events.

Skilled in Canva, basic video editing tools, and familiar with social media trends.
Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written), Chinese/Korean is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Good understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Team- oriented, energetic, and eager to learn.
Creative, proactive, and organized, with attention to detail.
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or similar administrative/creative roles (internship experience accepted).
