Talent Acquisition Recruiter (14-month contract)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Schedule phone and in person interviews, gather follow- up information from hiring managers for follow- up to candidates.
Work with hiring managers and schedule pre- recruiting meetings to be sure all the needs and wants are understood before searching.
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), affirmative action, OFCCP and other guidelines and laws.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
Source, contact, and research potential passive candidates that might meet the requirements.
Place ads on various social media outlets, websites, etc.
When necessary, arrange travel for candidates out of the area to interview, tour, etc.
Manage the student/co- op program for all areas, including attendance at job fairs, campus career days, etc.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.

Required Experience:
1- 3 Years’ Recruiting Experience. Agency experience is preferred.
Must have great organizational & Time Management skills.
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously as priorities can change very quickly.
Sourcing & Boolean knowledge is desired.
Must have great communication skills as this person will be interacting with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems; Jobvite is preferred.
Education:
Bachelors of Science in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent.
