KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and advise on effective hiring strategies.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top- tier talent.
Assess candidates based on competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
Track and optimize recruitment performance (time- to- fill, quality of hire, etc.).
Lead recruitment for mid- senior to leadership roles across the organization.
Proactively source and headhunt high- quality candidates through various channels.
REQUIREMENTS
1- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to mid- senior or leadership hiring.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, target- driven environment.
Proven experience in headhunting and hiring passive candidates.
