We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition to lead, manage, and enhance our current end- to- end recruitment processes. This role will be responsible for strategic recruitment planning to support Nexon Vina’s business growth and meet hiring needs.
Recruitment:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and provide necessary initiatives, recruitment consulting and market insight.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and headhunting strategies.
• Define and execute suitable recruitment methods including paid and non- paid channels (social media, job sites, referrals, etc.) for various kinds of jobs to find qualified candidates and meet hiring needs timely and effectively.
• Lead and plan annual recruitment activities for different hiring vacancies, especially jobs requiring high technical knowledge (Game, IT, Art/design, …).
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Employer branding
• Plan and organize employer branding events to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Plan and monitor marketing and recruitment activities on social media and offline events such as career fairs, workshops, and universities’ events.
Optimization
• Menter recruitment team to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost- effective and high- quality service.
• Propose improvements to the internal recruitment process, criteria, applicant tracking system, and candidate experience.
