- Support employer branding activities on company website and social media.
- Manage job postings and propose suitable recruitment channels for each role.
- Execute monthly recruitment plans to meet hiring targets and ensure candidate quality. Source and build candidate pipelines through various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, networking, headhunting, etc.).
- Track recruitment progress and suggest improvements for hiring efficiency.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to clarify job requirements and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.

- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong in Back Office hiring.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn (500+ connections), job sites, and other tools.
- Experience in hunting high- level positions or recruiting Sales Engineer, Business Development, Technical, and Service roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive; able to work independently.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and candidate evaluation.
- Experience in Employer Branding is a plus
