End- to- end Recruitment Management: Execute full- cycle recruitment for both Site- based and Office- based functions within the construction sector. This includes sourcing, job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. Facilitate the internal approval process (Request for Hire) and manage the offer negotiation and issuance stage.
Employer Branding: Develop and implement comprehensive Employer Branding strategies across both digital (online) and traditional (offline) channels to enhance the company’s market presence.
Strategic Advisory: Partner with Department Heads to conduct interviews and evaluations. Provide expert consultation to functional departments regarding candidate strengths/weaknesses and propose competitive Total Rewards (C&B) packages tailored to specific cases.

Ad- hoc Assignments: Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Recruitment Manager or Head of Department.
Onboarding & HR Admin: Oversee recruitment logistics, including updating candidate data on the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), coordinating new hire orientations, and managing the collection and verification of employee personnel files.
Process Optimization: Conceptualize and propose innovative recruitment initiatives to refine internal policies and procedures, driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills: Proficient in competency- based interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Must maintain a professional, courteous, and polished demeanor at all times.
Experience: A minimum of 02 years of intensive experience in full- cycle recruitment (Mandatory). Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a significant plus.
Adaptability & Resilience: High level of adaptability to fast- paced environments and the ability to perform effectively under high pressure to meet strict recruitment KPIs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
