Talent Acquisition Specialist (Japanese Market)

Handle onboarding procedures and other related HR tasks
Take responsibility for the recruitment process for the Japanese markets
Execute recruitment activities: post job advertisements, approach multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates
Coordinate with Team Leaders/Department Heads to arrange and conduct interviews

Ability to work under high pressure
Knowledge of the IT industry is a strong advantage
Proactive, fast- paced, and highly responsible
At least 3 year of experience in IT recruitment (Focus on the Japanese market)
Positive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Economics, Management Science, Business Administration, or other related fields
Solid understanding of the recruitment process
