- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine their fit for the position and company culture.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
- Foster long- term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company&039;s brand through social media, recruitment events, and partnerships to attract diverse talent pools.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively and strategically source and identify top IT talent through various online channels. Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.

- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Outstanding networking and communication skills with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill.
- Experience in full- cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Ability to organize Internal Activities.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (either in- house or agencies).
