Talent Search
Analyze recruitment data, assess effectiveness, and propose improvements.
Plan and implement recruitment activities based on headcount planning and production/business needs.
Develop and improve the recruitment process, from job descriptions to probation evaluation.
Expand and optimize recruitment channels, especially for workers/technicians (vocational schools, job centers, internal referrals, etc.).
Support hiring for special cases: mass recruitment, strategic positions, or overseas markets.
Participate in employer branding activities such as job fairs, career talkshows, and recruitment communications.
Human Development
Design and deliver training programs or coordinate with external trainers.
Contribute to the implementation of competency frameworks, IDPs, and promote a learning & continuous improvement culture.
Propose development programs for key staff and succession pipelines.
Build annual competency development plans for different levels using appropriate methods.
Strategic resource orientation
Participate in developing and adjusting HR strategy aligned with business direction.
Utilize people analytics to provide insights and strategic feedback.
Act as a change agent to support departments in adapting to new structures, policies, or development directions.
Work alongside leadership in organizational design, structure optimization, and performance/reward mechanism improvement.
Management and System
Develop and update procedures, policies, and forms related to talent acquisition and development.
Manage budgets effectively and optimize available resources.
Maintain data systems and employee records to support analysis and decision- making.
Prepare periodic reports and propose improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Education, or related fields.
People development mindset with a solid understanding of practical workforce needs in manufacturing environments.
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5 years in a management role or specializing in recruitment and training at companies with over 300 employees.
Experience in recruiting technical and production positions is an advantage.
Preference given to candidates with experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries.
Good English communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational, internal communication, and cross- functional collaboration skills.
