[Tay Ho] Project Coordinator (HR - Expat Support)

Working location: Ciputra, Phu Thuong, Tay Ho, Hanoi
Contract term: 8 months
Document Handling & Processing
Ensure secure storage, tracking, and return of all original documents with strict confidentiality.
Maintain accurate logs of all documents, submission dates, processing timelines, statuses, and outcomes.
Collect, review, and verify original documents from expatriate staff according to legal requirements and updated government procedures.
Prepare, organize, and submit documents for e- notarization, authentication, legalization, and translation where needed.
Communication & Compliance
Ensure all services provided are compliant with applicable local regulations.
Communicate clearly with staff about required documents, timelines, and next steps.
Stay informed on updates to Vietnamese government regulations and policies related to document legalization and e- notarization.
Liaise with relevant authorities and partners to ensure each document meets updated legal standards.
Documentation & Reporting
Provide regular status updates to the school’s HR team.
Submit a final project summary report upon completion, including recommendations for improving future documentation processes.
Maintain a comprehensive filing system (digital and physical) documenting all stages of the process.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience working with government departments, consular offices or legal documentation processes is an advantage.
Prior experience in administrative, compliance, or documentation- handling services.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
