Team Leader - Laundry - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening Stage

Job Overview:
The Team Leader – Laundry supports the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily laundry operations, ensuring all guest garments, uniforms, and hotel linen are cleaned, processed, and delivered according to Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain production records, monitor workflow, and report discrepancies or damaged items.
Supervise daily laundry operations, assign duties, and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for smooth operations.
Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure correct chemical usage, proper sorting, and safe handling of all laundry items.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Train, guide, and motivate laundry attendants to maintain productivity and service excellence.
Inspect garments and linen for stains, defects, or missing accessories and ensure proper treatment.
Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
Maintain par stock of linen, supplies, and equipment while managing cost control.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Good communication in English.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
Knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and machine handling.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a laundry supervisory role within a 5- star hotel or luxury resort.
