Team Leader Of Estate Management

Job Purpose
- Check drawings for customers to build their factories and control construction work at site:
• Assist Department Head to check and approve for compliance to building plan guideline
• Control work at site to make sure the customers’ construction follows QTIP Guidelines.
• Compile all comments of MEP for customer to follow up and to obtain the necessary approval
- General maintenance of industrial park such as infrastructure systems of industrial park (road line, asphalt, sidewalk, road signs, drainage system), office, buildings, sewerage treatment plant, MEP systems and other assets of QTIP:
• Prepare plan and schedule for repairing and maintenance
• Assist Department Head to check the Work Order, PR for carrying out the repair work and supervise the work at site
• Check and certify work completion
• Coordinate with relevant team to complete the work
- Prepare the land for land handing / taking over
- Control of domestic waste collection
• Co- ordinate with relevant departments and teams to control the domestic waste collection in the park
• Plan and prepare PR for domestic waste collection and PR for renew the domestic waste collection contract
