Tech Lead Fullstack Engineer (EN, Hybrid,UST)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, aligned with U.S. time zone (to 00:00 VN time)

We are building a new Division focused on English- speaking markets (US and others). This is a strategic role for a Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead who will lead technical delivery and presales activities, with a clear career path toward Division Manager.
Role Overview
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Drive presales activities: solution design, estimation, and client presentations.
Mentor team members and ensure high- quality code delivery.
Lead and deliver fullstack solutions for international projects (US market focus).
Occasionally support coding and troubleshooting with the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients in English- speaking markets.
Architect and implement scalable systems on AWS using serverless and containerized services.

Fullstack expertise:
Hands- on experience deploying and operating systems on AWS (Serverless, ECS, Lambda).
Ability to work under pressure and handle direct client interactions.
Frontend: Web or Mobile (cross- platform or native).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Database: PostgreSQL/MySQL, caching with Redis.
Onsite experience in English- speaking markets is a plus.
Presales experience is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills; experience working with English- speaking clients.
AWS Certified (at least Associate level).
Backend: Python or Node.js.
