RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust .NET solutions. The ideal candidate will guide the technical team, ensure best practices, and deliver high- quality software aligned with business objectives.
Ability to define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
Strong collaboration skills to work with product owners, architects, and cross- functional teams.
Experience conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring code quality.
Ability to balance hands- on development with leadership responsibilities
Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

Must have

Excellent problem- solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
In- depth understanding and practical application of common design patterns, including Singleton, Factory, Repository, Dependency Injection, Observer, and Strategy.
Solid practical knowledge of SOLID principles and their application in real- world projects.
Hands- on experience in designing and developing robust RESTful APIs.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development using C, .NET, and .NET Core (3+ years lead roles).
Strong foundation in Object- Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Familiarity with message queue systems, such as RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, Amazon SQS, or Azure Service Bus.
Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL or MySQL.
Ability to work independently, proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and architecture.

Nice to have

Relevant certifications in .NET are a plus
