Technical Architect

• Participate in technical coordination meetings, share models through BIM360, resolve clashes, and update models based on team feedback.
• Use Revit to develop BIM models and produce architectural documentation for company projects.
• Prepare, review, and update authority submission and technical documentation: plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and construction drawings.
• Work within the Design Development team, responsible for building BIM models, preparing authority submission and technical documentation, and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure that the design is consistent, accurate, and compliant with project standards and client requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with design standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate models and drawings with other disciplines in the BIM environment to maintain consistency and avoid conflicts.
• (Senior) Control documentation quality, provide technical guidance and support to Junior members.
