Technical Department Supervisor

We produces fashion Buttons and garment accessories in natural shell, polyester, zinc alloy and corozo. Our company operates at international standards and is widely recognized for its reliability in terms of quality, on- time delivery and competitiveness. We supply our products to the biggest fashion and sportswear brands.
Manage and coordinate Technical Department’s team including staffs, engineers & technicians in order to:
 Study and implement new processes and technologies to extend our product lines.
 Produce all samples on- time and in compliance with customers’ requirements.
 Organize and optimize technical department at all levels to become more reliable and efficient.
 Define correct bill of materials and routing for every product.
 Ensure good technical support and appropriate documentation for production department.
 Create technical files and control documents for every product.
 Calculate price for new products and update pricing regularly.
 Write standard operating procedures and work instructions for all production processes.
