Technical Designer (Intimate, US Market) - Up-To 30-Month Salary

We are now seeking a Technical designer to uphold our standards for excellence and drive customer satisfaction through your technical expertise, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. You will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain Management and work closely with our fulfillment team and partnership factories.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Pattern Grading: Develop and validate accurate pattern grading, ensuring consistency in sizing across all products.
• Fast- paced Environment: Thrive in an intensive, high- pressure work environment, focusing on delivering high- quality results within tight timelines.
• Technical Advice: Provide expert guidance to the design and production teams on technical garment construction, materials, and garment standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks at each stage of product development and mass production to meet high standards, ensuring compliance with US and EU quality guidelines.
• Product Quality Assessment: Regularly assess product quality based on customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing design enhancements to meet customer expectations and industry standards.
• Construction Quality: Oversee the garment construction process, ensuring that quality, workmanship, and design integrity meet required specifications.
• Fit Validation: Ensure the proper fit of garments throughout the design process, from sample to production. Conduct fitting sessions and communicate any adjustments or improvements required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams including designers, pattern makers, production managers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of designs and quality assurance.
