Technical Developer (Garment Field)

Coordinate with Account Customer Service to finalize and approve samples for production.
Prepare and share order checklists with Account Customer Service for approval.
Receive and clarify customer inquiries, discuss development techniques, and incorporate customer feedback effectively.
Manage the synchronization of materials for sample sewing and monitor the sample development process. Address customer feedback promptly.
Monitor sample development progress, set delivery schedules, and ensure the preparation of sample sewing materials.
Oversee the development of raw materials, ensuring quality standards are met. Consult with Technical team for guidance on material selection when necessary.
Work closely with suppliers to meet specific requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate fabric sourcing and material procurement, ensuring accurate information is shared for quotations.
Provide expert advice to customers regarding product structure, features, and materials.
Gather information on fabric pricing, consumption norms, and CM pricing. Prepare and submit costing tables for review and finalize pricing.

2- 3 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Garment or a related field.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
