Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail- oriented Technical Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design, with a focus on technical aspects such as space planning, construc on documenta on, and building codes. The Technical Interior
Designer will collaborate with our design team to translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings and specifica ons, ensuring the successful execu on of projects from concept to comple on.
** Responsibili es:
Communicate effec vely with team members and other teams to ensure project melines and deliverables are met.
Collaborate with the design team to develop innova ve and func onal interior design that meet client requirements and project goals.
Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design specifica ons and quality standards.
Develop comprehensive construc on documenta on packages, including schedules, specifica ons, and material selec ons, adhering to industry standards and building codes.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construc on techniques to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
Produce detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, eleva ons, sec ons, and construc on details, using AutoCAD or similar so ware.
