Technical Leader (.NET)

Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development.
Lead the development team for the project, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation within the team.
Oversee the architecture and design of software solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Proficiency in database management systems, both. SQL & no- SQL.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET
