Technical Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
+ Participate in survey meetings with the Project Team and End Users to understand requirements and project scope.
+ Handle service requests related to construction repair activities (OPEX).
+ Prepare SSW by comparing technical specifications, pricing, commercial terms…
+ Source new contractors and initiate accreditation of new suppliers based on company
standards.
+ Ensure contracts are properly documented and archived.
+ Collaborate with Legal and Technical teams to ensure clarity in contract scope and obligations.
+Follow up on ongoing projects related to services, maintenance, or contractor execution.
+ Draft and review procurement- related contracts and service agreements.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineering or related field)
+ Willingness to work on- site and conduct field surveys when required.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in services and project procurement.
+ Strong coordination and communication skills, especially in cross- functional environments.
+ Ability to read and analyse technical documents and compare supplier proposals.

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION)+ Minimum 3 years of experience in CONSTRUCTION / MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING / ELECTRICAL AUTOMATION or related field.

+ Proven experience of at least 2- 3 years in PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PURCHASING

Fluent English
+ Ability to read and analyse technical documents and compare supplier proposals.
