Technical Project Manager

Position: Technical Project ManagerPosition type: Full- timeWorking location: 1 Ton That Tung, Di An, Ho Chi Minh (formerly Binh Duong Province)Working time: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday)JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong development background,coding skills, and the ability to review code. A passion for researching and applying AItechnologies to products is highly valued. This role requires proven expertise in managingFixed- Price projects, ensuring accurate estimation, scope control, cost management, andsuccessful delivery within time and budget.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, create project plans, and manageproject timelines.• Coordinate project activities across all phases: initiation, planning, execution,monitoring, and closure.• Ensure compliance with software development standards, addressing risks andissues to deliver high- quality results.• Take ownership of Fixed- Price projects, including accurate effort estimation, scopemanagement, cost control, and ensuring on- time delivery within budget.Technical and Product Development• Review and ensure the quality of code from the development team.• Propose, experiment with, and implement AI- driven solutions to enhance producteffectiveness and value.• Research and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve processes andproduct quality.Team Leadership and Collaboration• Lead, motivate, and monitor the development team&039;s performance.• Provide constructive feedback, mentorship, and training to team members.• Collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure quality and projectdeadlines are met.Product and Process Management• Guide the team in designing processes, managing backlogs, and mitigating risks.• Apply modern development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum to optimizeworkflows.

Must- Have
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven ability to manage
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading software projects and 3 years of handson software development experience.
Fixed- Price projects, including estimation, scope, and risk control.
• Experience working with US- based clients is a strong advantage.
• Innovation & Tech Integration: Skilled at applying AI technologies to optimize
coding and development processes, and integrating large- scale or multi- platform
systems (e.g., FinTech).
• Product mindset: Focused on delivering scalable, high- value solutions;
experience in project bidding is a plus.
• Proficient in at least one programming language or framework (ReactJS, React
Native, Java Spring, or NodeJS).
• Strong in code review and optimization, ensuring best practices and maintainable
code.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
Nice- to- Have
• International experience or working with global clients.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills for junior team members.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of DevOps, XP, or LEAN methodologies.
• Experience in production projects within the Fintech domain is a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or PSM II).
