Select qualified suppliers and strong sense of cost negotiation and close deals with optimal terms.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer- supplier power.
Review and fulfil regulated purchase procedure, CFT regulations, required documentations and interest policy.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

Strong in technical sourcing for spare part, machine, mold, tool, jig....
Familiar with sourcing and vendor management (both local and overseas).
Skilled in ERP operation.
Strong sense of cost and quality, target achieving.
Good at English communication skill.
Purchase experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is preferable.
Interest in market dynamics along with a business sense.
Experience in an international environment/organization is preferable.
