Technical Sales Executive (Concrete)

Sales & Market Development
- Promote and sell concrete admixture products in assigned territory or projects.
- Monitor project pipelines and follow up on order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth.
- Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with ready- mix concrete plants, contractors, and project owners.
Technical Support & Solution Selling
- Support customers in resolving concrete quality or performance issues during production and construction.
- Provide technical consultation on admixture selection, dosage, and application.
- Ensure proper product usage in compliance with technical standards.
- Coordinate with technical/lab teams to conduct product trials and site tests.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build long- term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and technical concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and support repeat business.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to Sales Manager.
- Collect and report market information, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Skills & Ability:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in technical sales within concrete, admixture, cement, or construction materials industry.
Technical Competencies: Strong technical understanding of oncrete technology and admixture products.
Education Bachelor&039;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemistry or related field) or equivalent technical background.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the country.
Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
